Big changes to our allergen settings

Hello Everyone!

We’re excited to share some updates about our allergy settings that will give you more options and flexibility while keeping safety at the forefront. As part of our ongoing commitment to serve you better, we are transitioning from a strict allergen system to a more inclusive tolerance system.

What does this mean? Well, previously, we had very strict allergen rules, which limited the number of options available. Now, by moving to a tolerance-based approach, we aim to expand choices so more people can find delicious, safe options suited to their needs. This change allows us to include a wider variety of foods, giving you greater variety and enjoyment.

But don’t worry—your safety remains our top priority! We’re also adding new safety layers to enhance protection. Soon, you’ll notice categories like “No Added Allergen,” “May Contain,” and “Free From” on our menu and product labels. These additions will help you make more informed choices and feel confident in every bite.

The new system will be rolling out gradually over the next month. During this transition, all allergens (except gluten-free items) will be treated as intolerance-only. This means we will be more flexible, but always with your safety in mind.

We believe these changes will open up a lot of new options for our community while maintaining the highest safety standards. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these improvements. As always, if you have any questions or specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

Thank you for being part of our community. We’re excited for these positive changes and look forward to offering you even better choices soon!
