How to create your page on Eat Choice

Now that you are registered it’s time to load your restaurant on to the portal. Once you click submit, we’ll review and approve your listing to appear on the App. If we see any problems, we’ll get in touch and help you work through them.

To load your restaurant, follow the steps below. We have created a video showing the process from start to finish. If you have an Uber Eats account, you can upload your menu by clicking on the link on the menu page.

·         Click on the link in your email or go to https://portal.eatchoice.nz/login

·         Enter your username and password

·         Go to: Your restaurants and click on Add A Restaurant

·         Add the name of your restaurant

·         Add an image that you would like to display on the front page of your listing

·         Select the cuisine that best suits your restaurant – if you do not see anything that works for you, email choice@eatchoice.nz and let us know, we will create a new category if necessary

·         Choose ALL of the dining options that apply to your business. Food trucks, you can select Food Truck here.

·         If prompted, select the user creating the listing

·         Upload a pdf copy of your menu

·         Choose your City

·         Add your address.

·         Add in google map co ordinates

·         List your website and phone number

·         Add in your preferred booking URL

·         Select your hours of operation

·         If you are certified as a Dining Out Program, select that option, otherwise leave blank.

Submit for approval

Once we have approved your restaurant you will be able to upload your dishes either manually or via our Uber Eats API
